As a result, the board unanimously agreed that a 6 point deduction would be adequate punishment.

Yes but that was only for trade creditors, not toal creditors. HMRC, for example, would not be classed as a trade creditor.

Anyone buying the Club now doesn't have to bother in one respect with paying out creditors as Sod Hall have decided that it's a 6 point deduction come what may! So any incentive to fully pay off creditors are now off the table!
It looks very much like any prospective owner will not be putting in the amount needed to bring the club back up to a more even financial footing.
I just wonder if a Forensic Accountant would find it interesting into looking at the microcosm of fiscal mismanagement of the Bulls and the Bulls & RFL from 1995/6 onwards??
