Well, we've certainly been serving up plenty of crap in recent times, and had businesses go spectacularly bust, so if we want to step up a league in these respects, then those guys have the experience at much higher level

So Gledhill just tweeted that the RFL need new digs as well, and are seeing if there's room in a redevelopment for them?

In summary then. Bradford council own Odsal site, Richard Dunne site and Horsfall. The RFL own Red Hall outright I think?

Bulls want a new stadium.
RFL want new, bigger offices
Council want a shiny new community sports/swimming centre for the southside of Bradford. And to develop more housing for their Housing development plan.
BPA want a better pitch. Whether that's staying at Horsfall or ground share seems to be in play.
And everyone wants to make some money from the deal.

Is this just a mix & match project for the administrator? How many interlocking agreements can we go for do you think? Can it become any more complicated?

I heard this was happening a while ago but the RFL didn't want Green involved.

Land next to Horsfall is important green space for local people too. They kicked off last time when it was to be sold for housing as part of the ill fated Tesco/Odsal development of 2002. If green space is getting built on there needs to be other space created nearby to take its place.

Mind you times have changed and it seems building on green belt/green space in Bradford is now happening regardless of what local people want.

So Mandy Koukash withdraws her bid?

Sounds to me like a deal/arrangement is already in place between the potential new owners and the RFL.

Possibly just a case of going through the motions now?

I'll be very surprised if it's not Madejski and Irvine with redevelopment plans.

I just hope for everyone's sake that nothing ridiculous happens, joking aside I don't think the club could take another kicking.

Irvine with the knowledge, Madjeski with the cash and a redeveloped Odsal would be a real game changer, provided the best interests of the club are served.
