It's all about the land innit?

So Gledhill just tweeted that the RFL need new digs as well, and are seeing if there's room in a redevelopment for them?

In summary then. Bradford council own Odsal site, Richard Dunne site and Horsfall. The RFL own Red Hall outright I think?

Bulls want a new stadium.
RFL want new, bigger offices
Council want a shiny new community sports/swimming centre for the southside of Bradford. And to develop more housing for their Housing development plan.
BPA want a better pitch. Whether that's staying at Horsfall or ground share seems to be in play.
And everyone wants to make some money from the deal.

Is this just a mix & match project for the administrator? How many interlocking agreements can we go for do you think? Can it become any more complicated?

Not at all that complicated, if all parties are set to gain from such a scheme & certainly no more difficult than the LSV was to put together.

The LSV site homes all of the above mentioned, *apart from the RFL*, plus hotel, pub, supermarket, college, Leigh East ground & clubhouse, training pitches & Leigh Harriers Athletics track & the obligatory new build housing development.
Point being here is that it could be much the same.

A 15,000 capacity stadium with offices & corporate facilities for Bradford & the RFL, a pool/sports centre, retail & leisure should be eminently achievable if all parties are fully on board & the requisite funding is in place.

3 blocks of land, 2 occupied by sports clubs, 1 derelict Dunne site ?
Redevelop 1 for Stadium, retail & leisure, sell 2 blocks for new build housing, everyone's a winner, including the RFL.

How big is the Dunne site compared to Odsal stadium site ?

So it's Irvine and Madejski then according to your source?
What are the developments on the pitch? Anything actually done and dusted or just potentially?

2015 - major missed opportunity, 2016 - stronger teams = harder task (no problem there then), 2017 - OMG What now!!!

Re: Administration 3 - now in technicolour : Wed Dec 07, 2016 12:18 pm
Seems to me that a lot of what is being posted on here are just a few people's wishlists. Deadline is sometime today, so any decent administrator would not have made any deals yet. Surely with the non disclosure in place how does anyone know MK has withdrawn her bid. That was someone who stated that while SCR have DR with Fax she must have done. Has she even put a bid in. I hope at least someone's wishlist is realised. Seems to me each new rumour involves someone with a bigger worth than the last.

Reality is debts of a million, only 250k off the RFL in 2017. FT squad currently in place. Administrators, coach, players and back room staff all playing at blue sky's and flowers. No one with a bad word, to me that seems unusual. Finally another day closer to the next payday.

To me, then, this suggests that the Madjeski/Irvine bid seems to be the most likely, given that the T&A have been reporting on this today.

Which local reporter? (I can't say I've seen it, and who it is tells you if it's likely to have legs or not)

The problem with that statement is the first three words.
