I know  But suppose it is true there is only 3 bidders left? Surely that would be Irvine/Madjeski consortium, Lamb Consortium and Marc Green?

Not at all that complicated, if all parties are set to gain from such a scheme & certainly no more difficult than the LSV was to put together.

The LSV site homes all of the above mentioned, *apart from the RFL*, plus hotel, pub, supermarket, college, Leigh East ground & clubhouse, training pitches & Leigh Harriers Athletics track & the obligatory new build housing development.
Point being here is that it could be much the same.

A 15,000 capacity stadium with offices & corporate facilities for Bradford & the RFL, a pool/sports centre, retail & leisure should be eminently achievable if all parties are fully on board & the requisite funding is in place.

3 blocks of land, 2 occupied by sports clubs, 1 derelict Dunne site ?
Redevelop 1 for Stadium, retail & leisure, sell 2 blocks for new build housing, everyone's a winner, including the RFL.

How big is the Dunne site compared to Odsal stadium site ?

Like you say, everyone's a winner if the funding gets put in place, that's been the big IF at Odsal from longer than I've been alive though tbf. On the comparison of the Richard Dunne / Odsal sites, using Google maps measuring tool (no expense spent) the RD site measures approx. 61,500m sq. The odsal site, just the current ground/bowl and immediate surrounds is approx. 57,000m sq. I've never been too sure how far back the land goes as one site before you hit the golf course, but if the site does go back across what I assume is the scrub land on top of part of the old tip then the site extends to a (very rough as I don't know the boundaries) figure of 152,100m sq. So its clear why people are interested in that much land so close to the motorway network, the problem has always been whats on top and below the land.

Id love the RFL to share big shiny new offices with us at Odsal, just for the effect on some of our more parochial RL neighbouring fans and friends, we could save on heating bills using the hot air they'd give off complaining from now to eternity

Like I said at the weekend its done, I also said there would be developments on and OFF the pitch - T&A are just softening you all up for the reveal ;)

They still need to get the majority share vote at the creditors meeting next week. I've spoken with numerous unsecured creditors who are voting with their best interests, not the clubs.

But yes Frank, if this comes off then it's a real game changer for the club.

Or Mr Green if he agrees to pay himself more than Irvine does as one of bigger creditors after hmrc I assume? The administrator is legally bound to get the best deal for creditors first is he not irrespective of a any desire for the best future for the club?

Unless the rfl have told him he now wouldn't pass the fit and proper person test? Its not been said anywhere that Green has dropped out.

Which local reporter? (I can't say I've seen it, and who it is tells you if it's likely to have legs or not)

Simon Parker at the T&A. Also mentioned since by Mick Gleds.

Parker has some credence so I'm inclined to believe it. In the same way that Ross used to be the same in that he didn't comment on something until he was fairly sure there was something in it. The latter will just be repeating what's already been said by someone else or putting 2 and 2 together to make 22 as usual.

To be fair to Mick, he was the first person to mention Madejski so he's obviously privy to some info.

The problem is that little info he gets, he embellishes every time by filling in all the gaps from his imagination. Then puts it out for all to believe. Hence why 10% of the time, he is correct and gets info others don't have, but 90% of the time it's total Tom Tit.
