Think it comes down to where the money was coming from to buy the club.......... Investment from owners or from the club funds via the central funding which the RFL are against

The last paragraph of the Koukash article says that given the "standing " of their source, they still believe it's a possibility, notwithstanding the good doctors denial.We shall see.

Possibly the RFL's release wasn't the best wording they could have used, meaning they might actually be in a tricky spot legally and rather than keep washing that dirty laundry in public are trying like hell to put a lid on the whole thing in case there's one or two skidmarks that might still come out about the RFL's handling of our situation.

TBH, it does look like Moore et all might have won this round
