D4E?

You need Equity, unfortunately the BOD have made sure BULLS equity is worth somewhere in the region of an old threepeny bit. What great business nous they all had.20K+ crowds, grand finals, wembley, world club challenges, produced youngsters of international class, all thrown down the toilet.Careless at best, something else at worst.
Its pantomime season,Petit is well cast.

A totally lame duck club would be back in admin in no time as even if the owners satisfied all the RFL criteria the supporters wouldn't be on board to watch a side get stuffed every week until relegation. Any goodwill has long since dried up and to expect fans to buy into a charade is naive.

However if the remaining 20 players in the squad were kept on there's a chance of survival, and supporters could very much buy into a backs to the wall type spin.

Just for clarity, the RFL had NO IDEA this meeting was taking place. They found out about it at the 11th hour and therefore were being deceived.

So you are happy for this NEWCO to dump on creditors? The same creditors who have helped the club out in the past. Also you are happy for one of Green's cronies to basically front the club that Green has put in administration twice already. Guess what happens when in two years they haven't got the lease to Odsal from the RFL... ADMINISTRATION again.

Don't forget that this has been engineered to also shave all the clubs top earners and lower the wage bill at the expense of having a competitive team. So the 'backs to the wall' you talk about is false. Rohan knew all this and has merely rolled over to maintain his ridiculous salary for a Championship coach.

I want the Bradford club to rise again, but not like this.

OK, First things first the Administrators did NOT inform the RFL that this meeting was even taking place. Therefore, it was set up to ambush the RFL and put them in a position where the NEWCO Bulls are ready to go, all they need now is the membership and the Administrators are currently discussing this with the RFL.

The creditors will get stuffed on this deal as in true Marc Green style the debts of Bradford Bulls Northern Ltd are being dumped and this company will indeed be liquidated. The 'new' Bradford Bulls Capital Ltd will emerge. I for one cannot see how this can be classed as a new company / club in any way, shape or form. They will have the same logo, players, admin staff, coaching staff, buildings, etc so how the hell is it a new company with no debt.

Anyone with a true love of our sport should be against this happening and petition the RFL to not give the membership to this barsteward offspring of Marc Green. I will refuse to go and watch them when they play against my team as I don't want to be any part of a sport that sells its morality and integrity, especially to someone from RU who will use this to access ALL of our best young talent.

It does smell funny but would creditors get any more via liquidation? Is your understandable hatred for Green overshadowing other factors?

There have been three previous "Bradford Bulls" clubs all with the same logo, most of the same players, admin staff, coaching staff, buildings and the last two all started with no debt as a new company at companies house. With 3 weeks to go there's not much chance of that not happening again is there? Unless all bids are thrown out until 2018.

The difference this time seems to be that Green might (and I don't know the ins and outs) get a share holding in the new company. Anyone can own shares in a company and not necessarily have an involvement in the running of it. It depends how the company is constituted, for me I'd want to be clear on that if I was the RFL. Green should have no influence or any part to play in running a new company. If that criteria is met the pragmatic thing to do would be to allow this new bidder to take over - the other criteria published yesterday I'm not sure about how this fits in since it's still in admin but I expect it still to apply.

The thing about union getting at the best young talent is a red herring IMO. If they want to get it they can since their game is significantly wealthier than ours. There really is no contest. Have the Rhinos been plundered by Leeds Carnegie? Have Sale plundered RL teams in the north west?

What is going to transpire is that Gary pettit rejected a bid approved by the RFL, only then to have accepted one this 11th hour one from Green Thorne Richardson. With Green Duffy Thorne taking steps, behind the scenes, to stymie any other realistic options so that themselves are in a position to hold the RFL to ransom over accepting this new ownership. I fully expect the players who selfishly know all this to take action against me but at least the truth is out.

What if Richardson's plan was one of the 2 accepted by the RFL? Not beyond the wit of man that he would have been renegotiating with the administrator.

I hope that's the case as it seems the best scenario for a quick response that doesn't put the RFL's nose out!

Ah yes. I'm fully expecting Richardson's to have been one of the originally accepted bids. The devil is clearly in the detail.

I can understand your frustration and anger but will creditors be better off if the company is liquidated?

Are you saying Richardson (a very wealthy man, unlike Green) is one of Green's cronies? How is he? What are you alleging?

A lot of this fiasco is down to the fact that the administrator is trying to rush this through and the RFL are trying to rush something else through. This is all so needless really and more likely to cause admin 4. I always said we'd be better waiting until 2018 and starting in League 1. That's not on the agenda though so we are where we are. It's a situation of the RFL and the administrator's making.

I think the current squad of 20ish is possibly capable of staying up with a few loan additions. If any more go then it's a certainty they won't. So you're saying it's lame duck or nothing then?

That's going to be admin 4 too.

I can't see the RFL being held to ransom, if what's being alleged is true.
