There wouldn't be any need as HMRC and all creditor debts would be satisfied.

who will be the Rugby knowledge in the Roberts bid, it was supposed to be Caisley backed by Roberts, but if Caisley is out, WHO?

Thing I worry about with Roberts is lack of progress park avenue have made undee him. Lack of planning permission for hirsfalk seems like easy thing to hide behind. Surely you would invest in team and gain promotion then improve ground first, rather than say grounds not good enough and not improve team?

If there are now only two serious bidders left, two having dropped out, one assumes the 12th hour bid has unsettled all baring the one rival.Just hope they're both mega rich!

Yes, it mentions 3 bids in and then a fourth.
I also read it as the conference call was simply to contact all of the other three at such a late time at the same time - not necessarily abroad.
It also says offers must be discussed - but it doesn't say they choose.

Anyway, it does look like we have a few wanting to take over who have the money to secure the future.
It will probably be announced in a week or so and I hope he is wearing a big red coat with a fluffy white beard as that will suit the announcement if it is the good news we are all wishing for.

Steve Ferres
