That's the way I read it. The one that would pay back in months was discounted because presumably the others offered better terms i.e. to pay back in less than 'months'

| Quote MicktheGled="MicktheGled"Roberts has made a bid. Lamb made a bid but pulled out. Caisley wanted to but couldn't raise the required funds.
One of the bidders who agreed to clear all the debts has had his bid not considered because it a agrees to pay back creditors 'months' rather than 'weeks'.
I'm leading no one on, if you listened to my show you'd fully understand the position people like myself and Simon Parker are in.
If you don't like what you see, hit the block button. It'll save you a lot of the hassle.'"
OK I'll humour you. If Marc Green is one of the bidders then how has his bid been accepted when we know for a FACT he cant pay HMRC at the very least,(he certainly dlesnt have a spare £1million) but someone who can pay in full over time gets rejected.
I stopped following you after the Mathers tweets did it for me when you whipped the fans up into a frenzy making out we'd signed a superstar for it to be revealed as Mathers. I remember the tweets you put out the last admin like "this admin is a good thing for the club etc"
Unfortauntely some still trust what you say and youre just leading them a long. Youve named every single bidder there possibly could be. I could do that. The names you've mentioned were named on about page 10 of this thread. Youve still not answered my questio on how you know Gareth Roberts made a bid...
I also foolishly listened to your show once when you said on twitter you would reveal someone who was looking to invest in the club back in june. It got to the end of the show when the presenter asked you who it was to which you replied "well as a journalist i couldnt break the trust of the investor and reveal him"

Hard not to agree with that tbh

| Who would be stupid enough to front something for Marc Green when he has already put the club in administration.
I will be done if it's him.

| I've got to be honest, my heart sank when I read that Green is involved with one of the bids.
Surely to goodness, the Administrators have got to realise that not only is he now completely distrusted by the fanbase, he very evidently doesn't have the best interests of the club at heart (having placed it into Administration not once, but TWICE)
The cynic in me worries that the Administrator 'favours' Green because it will guarantee him another pay day further down the line!
I'll be done with the club (after more than 40 years) if Green is allowed back

| Why are you "done with the club" if Green is involved with a bid? The reasons for putting the club in administration have been given namely it's down to the club's dispute with HMRC. That the club were not convinced that, even with the delay their solicitor got for them, that they'd be successful in this dispute. Therefore, putting the club in administration was done to protect the club and it's assets.
Clearly the club is an attractive proposition given the number of bids and the positive way the administrator has spoken of those making the bids. Clearly if Marc Green wanted out, this is a perfect time for him to walk away, but it seems that perhaps he has taken the club and sport to heart and is actually now a fan who wants the team to succeed.
But still, why would you walk away from supporting a club just because he's involved with a bid? After all, he knows what's involved in running the club and how much money is required to run it. So surely he'd not be coming in alone and would likely have some more backing in the financial dept

Hopefully with more financial clout. Even though I'm 3/4 paid up with the season ticket, I'd be uncomfortable supporting the board and being told to buy Bulls etc after the latest fiasco. Yes the dispute is seemingly over no VAT on memberships, but the price was upped by £50 from 2014 and they were avoiding the 20% VAT so that is a huge hike for the fans for the board to have squandered away somehow.

| As for the rumour mongers. The go to last hurrah for someone passing on rumours is "don't shoot the messenger" when really that is all they are doing. That is why I wasn't riding roughshod over Frank and his message.
At best all someone who's in the know is doing is being a messenger.
That is precisely why I take every rumour with a pinch of salt. And I don't fawn over them with 'oh tell us more, my lord and messiah'.

Hiring James Lowes and not knowing what VAT is chargeable on are two reasons for questioning his ability to run the club.
