Thought our lack of experience and forward power was the difference. Fax came with a simple gameplan and executed if prefectly.

We never built pressure like Fax did and so lost the energy battle. Had we held the ball it might have been a different story. Just about every player cocked up at some point. Some utterly lauaghable mistakes. We really shouldn't be making errors from kick offs.

Frustrating thing is that despite all the mistakes and ill discipline we weren't far off. The Fax defence was better than any we've come up against so far. If we'd only give ourselves a chance.

Thought Leon was a passenger really. The sooner we get this Chisholm business sorted the better. Thought young Hodgson went well in the pack considering hes just 18. Kirk did ok too.

The tactics halifax used worked a treat. As people keep saying you have no forwards, so you got steam rolled along with Murrells excellent game management.

I'll take a win over the bulls any day no matter how its done.

Bottom line a full time squad no matter the ages lost.

The most experienced player super Leon, the bulls saviour might as well not been on the pitch. What a waste of money he has been

What a load of nonsense. So a team of 18/19/20 year olds, full time or not, have the physical strength to compete with 25/30 year old experienced old forwards? The fact that we ran you so close, is more testament to how good they are going to be in a few years rather than how good you are.

Leon is not fit, but we have no other players. But interesting that you know how much he is getting paid. Care to share?

Good afternoon whinging woolie bullies. Long time no speak.

I'm afraid 14 consecutive seasons of championship rugby has put a dent in the once mighty Fax's support, but still jolly humbling that you bullies perceive Fax as being a big club :)

As for the "missing thousand" travelling Fax army maybe dusting down their shirts for a "big local derby"? Hmmmmm ..... maybe by the same token you bullies should be asking the same of the "missing 10,000" home fans, eh? Just a thought :?

We all know those missing 10,000 were dissatisfied Huddersfield and Blue Sox fans that we poached from you. We must assume the Hudds fans have gone back now that they have experienced some success, the worry must be where are the missing exFax-exBulls-exFax fans?

Just a side note but watching Murrell celebrate a knock on, what would he do if they actually won a final?

Thoroughly detestable human being. Really wish he wasn't any good, but unfortunately he seems to always play well against us and has been the difference on more than one occasion. Up there with the Ben Cockaynes of the world when it comes to personality though.

Really disagree with this (am not a Fax or Bulls fan btw). Murrell is one of the opposition players I like the most, I think he's a good guy and one with a definite sense of humour. Yes it's irritating as an opposition fan when he starts pounding his fists when there's a knock on but if it was for our own side we'd be loving it.

He's as slow as a tractor mind, and I think even Fax fans would tell you that. But he's a smart player.

I wouldn't be loving it if it was my team. In fact, it's one thing I don't like about Chisholm as I think he has a touch of the same thing (although not as much). I know most of the game's best halves all have a touch of the kn0bhead about them, but it still doesn't make me like it. Murrell has never come across as anything other than that to me.

I won't ever question his ability as a player though, I think someone with his skills would have made a massive difference to our team in the last couple of years especially. Sadly, he's been our undoing instead.

No mate, no sour grapes at all. I didn't expect to win last night, in fact I expected us to get smashed, but you really weren't very good. That's why I'm disappointed because we bombed too many chances to give you a game and had we played like we did against Sheffield, we could have won.

Of course it doesn't have the appeal. It doesn't to us either. But still a poor turnout.

So not very good and an away win, I will take that in this league.

A couple of additions to our pack and i see no issues with us staying up. The blue socks scraped a win past a young bradford team and are currently a top 4 side. These young lads are only going to improve as the season progresses.Well done fax you deserved the win and thanks to the 20 blue socks fans who made the trip to odsal last night.

Scraped a win? After we scored you never got the feeling Bradford would get back in to it, well I didnt anyway.
