Surely no surprise that they want clarity over the ground, as they'll surely want to develop the Coral Stand into some sort of banqueting suite for weddings, conferences etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they want to even expand the Coral Stand and have something that can host huge events.

There's no reason the Coral stand couldn't be utilised through the week as a restraunt, aside the location it would be a good facility for a restraunt and event facilities.
