The administrator decides - but as we have already seen, the RFL have the power to make things very difficult for a bid that they don't like.

I suspect that any bid the RFL don't want (with the exception of Koukash who is too big to just go away) will go the same way as BB2014.

Let's get the Koukash facts correct first. He hasn't bemoaned anything. He's been working hard in communities to get new and lapsed fans back through the turnstile. He's been saying that he needs the support of the Salford public to be the final key into the rebrand. So far that's happened with two record crowds at the AJ Bell. He hasn't moaned about fans at all.

Nobody will unconditionally bid unless they have been approved by the RFL. If their approval is pending then any bid is strictly conditional.

Otherwise you could buy the business then find out you weren't deemed fit and proper.

Apart from one or two D-grade trolls who come on here, there really is nobody else who is quite that stupid.

It's Koukash or bust IMO. None of the other bidders have enough money inc BPA or Lamb who I suspect isn't serious.

I think its been a Koucash or bust situation for a while.

This new structure means that there just isnt the time or stability for someone to take a club like Bradford and build it to its potential. It needs someone like a Koucash type character who has the money to wipe off the debts, throw a bit at a rebrand and cover losses whilst building the business. Good luck to him/her, the family dog, whoevers name it ends up being under.

Nobody is now going to wipe off the debts, not Koukash, not Richard Branson, nobody. The RFL saw to that with the 6 point penalty, prior to which the leak from the administrator indicated a proposal to repay 100% trade creditors.
