I would expect to have to pay to maintain my house, coz I own it, but not the street outside that doesn't belong to me.

The Council own it.

It is let to us on a very long lease for a peppercorn rent.

But the council still own it, and we do not have rights under the agreement to assign the leashold.

Valley Parade is a lot better ground and there was more atmosphere there aswell. I enjoyed it.
