A community stadium with 3 shares, for Bulls, council and BPA if they wished (bit like the Huddersfield original stadium model) would be a good option

Could I ask that we are all cautious about the language we use on here, particularly when using words such as fraud etc. I accept emotions are running high but until the facts are fully known I don’t want any individuals or RLfans to find themselves in hot water. You are all concerned fans and entitled to ask questions but please don’t leave yourself vulnerable.

As for what is known already, well as said previously watch what happens over the coming days and weeks. We do not have a crystal ball, but our instincts tell us that a dramatic change of direction and ownership is required for the club, all with the cross party support of the Council. We are now certainly confident of the latter.

I suspect you are no different to his brother 'Anyone' in hoping that 'S.O. Else' is going to install the club in new premises.

The council has no money since, after the reduction in monies from central government, they are juggling the figures to just pay for statutory requirements, let alone build grounds. Without commercial backing that is a non-starter, I'm afraid. Of course the council has other things it could offer, like land, but that too must come at a price, or some attached commercial deal, in these straightened times.

Maybe that 'commercial' helping hand is you? Oh Jeez, I hope you're not the front for some hedge fund.....we definitely wouldn't be amused at that!

Really hope that there is a positive outcome for Bradford Bulls from all this. It is the players and fans I feel sorry for. Being a Fax fan I have seen a fair share of turmoil over the years!! Whilst we may have a rivalry between our clubs as near neighbours, at the end of the day we are all part of the RL family, and I hate to see any club struggle.

I thank you for that Inoffski, your kind thoughts are appreciated. As you can tell by reading around the board we're all still very upbeat and very positive about it......

You good mate?

I am good mate thanks, lots going on! My interest in the club is increasing now that it looks like the primary reason I walked away in the first place might be leaving! Hope all good with you too?

This is allegedly why my post allegedly used the word allegedly in plentiful supply. And I allegedly attempted to point out that it's allegedly not me alleging anything. If I keep saying allegedly, I think I'm safe (allegedly).

My comment wasn't aimed at anyone in particular. I'm just being fatherly to you all equally. So who wants a Werthers?

The key question here is where the pension money now resides i.e where has the pension money deducted from salary payments gone?

1. Has it been paid into some other account as 'administrative error' would propose? In other words, it got paid into a different account and can simply now be transferred now across to the pension fund. That would be woeful administration - totally unacceptable, but solvable

2. Or has the money been knowingly diverted into another account and then used for other aspects of funding the business. That looks like fraud to me.

I don't see a third option?

Third option is Russ or new owners "find" an account with the exact amount of money in it, say "there it is", silly us, apologise profusely for the administrative error and give the players the option of having their money back (if they sign a letter withdrawing from the scheme) or having it put into the pension scheme, thereby putting the players back into the position they would have been in and making it difficult to prove breach of contract.

That's all I can come up with, but I'm a cynical chap.

Hello.
As much as I admire your optimism. The proof that’s already there, which I have seen, means this is impossible. (And I know you probably already know that my friend. Hope you are ok)
