It depends, I don't know enough about the bidding process to really say for certain - but the opposite example works to think about the conflict of interest:-

Suppose mrs koukash takes over the bulls using the docs money, and turns things around. And Bradford return to being a successful side. If Bradford's success stands in the way of Salford succeeding, would koukash stop giving his wife money to fund her Bradford side being more successful than his side? Would the money pumped into Bradford dry up until they are below Salford?

If the rumors about her partnering with the millionaire then this wouldn't be an issue.

There are suggestions that Mr's koukash is only 1 member of a bigger consortium, maybe she's not relying on the doctor for cash.

I'd like to know the Mrs 's background, is she a business woman? Does she have her own cash?

Ties in with timetable when bb2014 won bid. Administrator was going to announce the winner the Monday following the bids being received. It came out early because lamb tweeted about not being successful.
