Guardian stating that sources close to the club reckon Lamb is the most likely bid to succeed. Better hope he has a good plan and some immediate financial backing or the fans will be reluctant to get behind him. Going to be an interesting few days, just hope we get the right buyer this time.

I would imagine if this source close to the club was blabbing this info that a news paper closer to home might have picked it up. T and A or YEP ?

Doubt T&A would be likely to get much of scoop from club, they don't seem to be on the best of terms right now.

"Sources close to the club"?? Why on earth would the administrator give people close to the club any inside information? I would be more worried if Andy Wilson had either implied someone close to the administrator or the RL was the source.
From everything that's in the public domain I'm absolutely certain there would be one unholy row if the administrators judgement was seen to have been either second guessed or affected by the actions / opinions of Solly /Rimmer /Wood.

Richard Lamb must have seriously revised his bid if he's gone from losing out to BB2014 first time around, to now being favourite ahead of a multi-millionaire.

If he could do that now, why didn't he put this sort of bid in first time?

Something else to remember is that in Mark Moore's parting statement, he claimed that they met with Lamb, and Richard already knew (before they did) that the rfl were going to dock them 6 points.
Could Lamb be the rfl's preferred bidder after all?
