Richard Lamb must have seriously revised his bid if he's gone from losing out to BB2014 first time around, to now being favourite ahead of a multi-millionaire.
If he could do that now, why didn't he put this sort of bid in first time?
Something else to remember is that in Mark Moore's parting statement, he claimed that they met with Lamb, and Richard already knew (before they did) that the rfl were going to dock them 6 points.
Could Lamb be the rfl's preferred bidder after all?

The impression is that Lamb has been the RFL's choice throughout this crisis. He has not made one statement that could be interpreted as even a mild disagreement with a decision of the RL authorities.
But if they are seen to interfere with the administrators process that will provoke several possible reactions:
1. From Bulls fans- especially if Lamb's partners include Particular characters from the past.
2. From many RL fans who will become even more convinced that it's another example of the governing body being not fit for purpose-- eg. Turning away money from the game a la Stobart sponsorship
3. From the Koukash family
4.From the administrator if he feels they have prevented a better settlement for the creditors
