The RFL are the Leaseholders of the ground. They can sub-lease it to anyone they wish (or not) if it complies with the conditions in the head lease

If RFL did that then I think their head lease would become void and ground would revert to council as there are covenants in lease about us playing there.

Just pulled up in car at odsal, and Dave woods on radio 5 said there were 4 bids in admin to make decision Mon or Tue and the rfl to rattify mid to late week, and that he (Dave woods) has..."been led to believe that the Dr owning Salford, and Mrs koucash owning Bradford would not be an issue for the rfl."
