Without meaning to seem unoriginal, that's pretty much how I see it. Also, there is a wider consortium. I see her being a channel for her husband's money/independent wealth, if indeed she has some, with the business acumen coming from other partners, such as the property guy.

I think you must have biscuit for brains, if you're not on the wind-up. Whatever she may, or may not, know, since when did owning a business necessitate knowing the first thing about running it? I mean, really?

Is this a hard concept for you? You genuinely can't get past some strange belief that a business is a one-person operation, and if you buy it then you must run it? Do you think that the owner of Exxon Mobil is a Mr. Exxon Mobil, and he calls all the shots?
