The thing that I cant quite get is that the administrator's deadline for bids was Thursday/Friday.
The RFL could have overlooked all plans (from all bidders) over the weekend in preparation for Mondays administrator decision, they hey presto, administrator says I prefer bid "x" and RFL says, "Great, they are good to go". Then Monday afternoon a decision is made and everyone is happy, club can look forward to building for the future.
Is there a huge step that i'm missing out of the above, or do you think the RFL just said to the administrator, "Sorry we're not open weekends, we'll review on Monday".
I'm not inspired by the governing body's lack of 'energy'.
