enough of these glass half empty conspiracy theories: imo the rfl are taking all the time they need to allow us 10 overseas signings, twice the Sky money, and a cap of £10m, so we can sign Sam from the R F'L, and his bros from Russ.

Could be. The RFL have to have a really good reason to turn them down if the administrator says its the best bid for creditors, otherwise potentially a legal minefield.

Doesn't seem like they're too confident that the RFL see them as preferred bidders. If it isn't the Koukash family, the preferred bidders must have some exceptional plans or financial backing.
