As I understand, the RFL has nothing to do with the decision. It is based on the highest bid to pay the old debt.

Hmmm, love to know the reasons why. Surely none of the other bidders were able to pay off more creditors than Mandy?

It is, administrator picks the biggest sum of money for creditors. Which means Lamb offered less than MM (as he didn't get it before) and MK in turn offered less than Lamb.

What happened to the fabled Thursday? My calendar says Tuesday.

All a red herring as I'll be surprised if the creditors get a penny in the £ out of whatever's left.

Well Im looking forward to the obvioiusly sizeable injection of cash that has beat off a bid from Multi millionaires who were looking to bring in players straight away, challenge the 6 points deduction and keep us up. Should be a cracking winning bid then.....

Also, if its won based on clearing debt then I dont just hope for some of the 6 points back, I expect them back.

And last week the admin was said to be decision due on Tuesday, with the RFL ratification by Thursday. Im guessing Mandy, and presumably the other bidders, have heard from the administrator today. And if, as some of us have expected all along, that Lamb is the RFL's choosen one (and has been all along) I expect the ratification will be a formality.

able no, but depends how much they proposed to pay off.......

Until the fine detail is published we wont know but Koucash (would have been) (will be) good for the Bulls is beyond doubt. There could be a bit of fallout once the details are known

Seems to confirm that the Koukash bid was offering less than at least one another to pay off the creditors.

Perhaps Koukash wasn't the moneybags saviour we all expected?
