Every player in our squad could probably earn more money with another club. But they prefer to sacrifice a few extra quid in their back pocket to share special memories. And playing at a place like Old Trafford on a night like this makes it all worthwhile.

Just shows what we`ve always known; the Leeds club are a disgrace trying to bring criminals into the country. The RFL should have a good look at the situation and take the appropriate action. I`m sure that having made a similar statement recently, and not being hypocritical, Mr Hetherington will be in full agreement.

Just exactly what did Mr Hetherington say, as a matter of interest?

Meaning that the overseas signings we've made aren't as vital nor the defining players in our success.
It's not that hard is it??

3 man-of-the match award winners in one-off matches is hardly proof that your overseas players aren't vital.

It proves we are producing enough of our own quality players and that they have played a vital role in our success!! :P
The overseas signings add to that quality but are not as vital as some would think nor are we desperate enough to sign a 35 yr old who was gonna retire until you lot threw a big 1 yr deal at him!! :SHHH:

Of course they have, no-one's said any different. But it doesn't prove that your overseas signings aren't also vital, and more than just "icing on the cake", which was the original point.

PS, if you're referring to Menzies then you should look beyond his age. He's still a fantastic player - both on and off the pitch.

A full season in super-league where he'll have more game-time than he's had in the last few years and being heavily relied upon will tell.
No doubting his quality but bulls aren't manly so he'll be working twice as hard and with a lot less quality.
