I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

No they haven't it's the same as it's been since 2004.

Waiting for an announcement...

Completely different scenario that was mate.

Saints were red hot that day, we had an off day. Tonight was far more worrying IMO as wire didnt have to play that well to easily beat us inside of 30 min. They did play well, but it was mostly basic, fast, error free, committed rugby league led by a good half back pair, whereas we forgot how to tackle as individuals and how to defend as a unit. Wouldnt have mattered how many we scored tonight as wire always looked likely to stroll through our paper thin defence.

Without funding I can't see how the Club can easily get out of this mess. The OSV and ties with the football club may ease the situation, but that is still a way off.Actually,as both codes are struggling, perhaps some of the footy players could play better SL and visa versa..a sort of mix and match! However, although there is still hope for City,s success this season,it is really sad as a fan of Bradford sport, that without a benefactor, both Clubs are merely living from hand to mouth and poor performances just add to the frustration, let alone the longstanding apathy surrounding sport in the area.

They are an utter disgrace.

However, as FA and af are hastily writing this weeks press conference, I will wait till I read what the club have to say about it.

I do remember the saints game a few years back, and the performance was nowhere near tonights!

Scorelines can be deceptive, I don't like losing but I can accept it as a part of the game as long as they put the effort in, which clearly they didn't tonight and haven't for a large proportion of the season.

And FYA being a club supporter for 25 years I remember fighting relegation against Swinton in the 1990's and I remember being stood on the terraces getting humped 71-10 by Wigan in the cup semi. They were not great times but the team did go out and show some effort!!!

Quite right!!! Hood and McNamara are the saviours of the Bradford Bulls!!!

I must be imagining the empty terraces, the poor performances and the fact were 2nd from bottom!!!

All bow to the mighty ones!!!

Not a bad overview post there at all. The last bit just sums it up.

Looks to me like the virtuous cycle is well in decline for you guys, this may not bode well in the coming years, gates falling off no plan poor results, you need to get sorted for the next round of licenses.

Not that my club do not by the way but at tghe moment our fortunes are in total contrast to yours.

We are developing quality young british players, you I am afraid are still in the game of bringing in star names (Menzies etc) one has to ask at 35 what does he offer for yuor future other than reducing the funds?

Facilities

Teams will get one point for having a stadium with a capacity of 12,000 or more. YesAnother point will be awarded if the ground meets the standards of a premier competition in the 21st century barely

Attendances

A point will be awarded to clubs with an average attendance of around 10,000 spectators. Another point will be awarded if stadiums are operating at 40 per cent capacity. Maybe not on both counts, if things carry on like this

Finances

Teams will receive a point if they are solvent. Another point will be awarded if their turnover is more than £4 million. not sure about this one

Player strength

Teams earn one point if they are considered to have made a contribution to the competition - that means averaging a place in the top eight over each of the last three seasons. maybe notAnother point is available to clubs who make a contribution to home-grown player development. That means at least eight members of a first-team squad of 25 should be discovered, trained and developed in the team's home country (United Kingdom or France).aye

Salary cap

One point is on offer to teams who have not committed a major breach of the salary cap in the last three seasons.I sure hope not!

Geographical expansion

The final point goes to clubs who do not have another rugby league club within a 20-mile radius.can't really help this one...

We could be well in for a down-grading.
