Danny Orr
Gareth Haggerty
Daniel Heckenberg
Danny Ward
Motu Tony
Chris Thorman
Peter Cusack
Richard Whiting
Graeme Horne
Jamie Thackray
Thomas Lee
Sam Moa
Daniel Fitzhenry
Chaz I'Anson
Makali Aizue
Jason Netherton
Rhys Lovegrove
Ryan Esders
Stanley Gene
Jason Cayless
Matt Gidley
Lee Gilmour
Keiron Cunningham
Sean Long
shaun Ainscough
George Carmont
Phill Bailey
Mark Flanagan
Cameron Phelps
Tim Smith
Andy Coley
Karl Pryce
Paul Johnson
Paul Rauhihi
Lee Briers
Vinnie Anderson
Steve Pickersgill
Mike Cooper

There's a lot of Bradford players on that list.
I really hope we retain Newton, Lynch and Halley, there's a few others I'd like to aswell.
Who would you have?

Phelps
Cayless
Gidley
Sam Moa
Carmont
Ainscough
Tim Smith

From that list there, i would resign.

Paul Sykes
Semi Tadulala
Ben Jeffries
Terry Newton
Andy Lynch
Steve Menzies
Matt Cook
Dave Halley
James Donaldson

And I would sign from the list

Jamie Thackray
Jason Cayless
Karl Pryce
Chris Bridge

I dont think we need much else to be honest. We need are desperatley in need of an aggresive prop forward and 'in my book' we should let Morrow go and move Burgess to second row, then we need another two aggresive prop forwards that's where Thackray and Cayless come in for me. I also think we need a good centre, and no matter what people think of Karl Pryce he has all the skills in the world, he's fast and he's strong and he's a damn good rugby player when he applies himself. Get him fit, get him ready to go and he'll tear the house down. This would then allow us to move Sykes to FB, which again in my books is his best position. The team generally look confident and safe with Syko at the back. Then on to Chris Bridge, this is another player who has bags of ability, and with regular game time in a playmaking position I believe Chris Bridge would thrive. Play him alongside Jeffries and we'll have two very creative players in our half positions. They are the players I would like to see us sign and if we managed to sign them all this is the team I would like to see take to the field next season.

Sykes. Halley. Nero. Pryce. Tadulala. Bridge. Jeffries. Cayless. Newton. Lynch. Burgess. Menzies. Langley. Subs. Scruton. Thackray. Cook. Rinaldi/Godwin

Re-sign:

Cook Halley

I would perhaps re-sign Sykes, but i think his defence isn't the best, but he's probably the best we can get at the moment

Plays I would like to see signed from that list:

Vinnie Anderson.

Don't really rate the rest, except the obvious (Gidley)
Why don't we go in to bring Flanagan back to us? Heard he's doing very well at Wigan reserves, and they arn't giving him the chance to step up, because of Tompkins. I'd be interested. Anyone else?

The thing is, us amongst most teams can not afford to sign 4 superstars every term, simply because of salary cap restrictions, so we've got to be willing to take a chance on players that are either struggling to get a game at their clubs or have been naughty boys, these guys can't afford to demand mega bucks but some have them have great potential and talent and if it can be nutured correctly it could and often proves to be bargain buiness. That's why I have suggested we go for Pryce and Bridge, both of who we all know are very talented players, but they can not demand the wages, Pryce because of his injury status and Bridge because of his behaviour 'apparently', this would then 'probably' leave us a decent amount of SC to strengthen other areas.

I do agree, but as Halley has played more at FB his one and one will improve, and I enjoy watching him there and love to see his kick returns. I hope we sign Halley on a 3 yr because I do believe he is a good player, and if we let him go we will be letting one of the fastest players in the league go and may come back to bite us.

I reckon he'll go to Celtics or Cas next year. Only a guess though!

Too right!

by the way for those who are interested the cas out of contract players are-

evans
faumina (sp)
boyle
dixon
wainwright
clayton
jones
higgins
feather
massey
netherton
ford

Of that i think we will retain boyle, dixon, jones, higgins, feather, netherton and then ford or wainwright and faumina 0r evans (one of them has to go with the qouta reduced to 6)
