I've usually parked what seems about a third of a mile from the ground just off Winwick Road A49 main road in from the M62, RHS. I think its the Fitness First car park? Bit of a trek but dead easy to get back to the M62 then and less queues. I'm sure others have found better spots though. And echoing others, do NOT park on the Tesco car park under any circumstances!

heads up for any Bulls driving to Wire, council operated car parks are free on Sundays, a few to choose from, nearest is opposite Central Station or the Multistory at the new golden square shopping Centre in the town Centre.

As already stated don't use the tesco or wickes car parks
