the only ones i wouldnt mind out of them are westwood, brough, and maybe raynor if semi is off to union.

Just been told we have offered Cas £100,000 for Shenton. This is by the same person who told me we were signing Glenn Hall.

fair enough, better than sykes. he didnt want to come last year though so i doubt he'd want to come this year.

That would be nice. Shenton, Nero and Crookes in the centres, Sykes to specialise at stand off with Brough scrum half and Deacon/Thorman twiddling his thumbs in the stands.

I know he was more than interested at one stage last season, but thats history.

Shenton would be a great signing but we're not going to be spending 100,000 on any player though IMO.
