although presumably as they've given us it as points rather than a voucher its effectively a £5 discount voucher for the shop as a whole. Worth highlighting for those who arent going to buy a shirt as they may not realise this detail.

Mine arrived, my daughter's didn't though, hopefully that will arrive Monday. Feeling really excited about next season.

If your daughter is over 8 years old there tickets are been sent when the away ticket booklet that they get for free has been printed. So dont worry if it doesnt arrive on Monday

I got mine and I'm not happy, logged into my account to check that my new 500 points had been added to my old total of 2000, then I find that my old points have expired. What a fcuking joke of a system

was hardly a secret that the points expired on oct 31st if not used. Was discussed on here several times and according to statement bulls put on website it was also mentioned in literature that came with card originally.
