A frustrating performance but for the opposite reasons and the reason most fans are hitting out at the club. We know we have the ability to make a good go out most games so why do we only do it against the favourites in the league.

It’s not just this season, numerous games vs leigh and KR too while in the championship. Apply ourselves to that kind of level and we will win more than we lose. This is what winds the fans up when the players don’t seem to give a toss unless they are on tv.

Gutsy performance is right. I hope we build one it and get some consistency but kear has been talking ‘consistency’ for seasons now.

I Hope the steward is ok. Not sure what happened but noticed the stewards over by the Fev fans then a steward was punched.

Fev have some genuine, hard working fans driving their club but they seem to have an incident in the majority of games

Yeah much improved but doing it against the best side in the division is one thing. We need to see them back this performance up now.

The effort still doesn't gloss over the fact we dropped intensity alarmingly after 20 mins, the basics don't seem to be coached and the defensive line is like watching plate techtonics and looks like a badly dislocated dogs leg.

You can't tackle on your heels and expect to do anything other than give metres away and as for us making metres in the collision...most backwards.

Still at least a little pride restored...

As much as I enjoyed last night, for me, it doesn’t change anything. There’s obviously still something wrong if they can pick and choose when to play. 5 losses in 9 games is unacceptable.

We were a little unlucky to go in behind at half time. Our line speed and tackling mentality were the best they’ve been all season. Couldn’t maintain the intensity in the 2nd half, although I think Fev were closer to cracking than I expected. When their middles rotated off, Koppy & Lockwood especially were gulping down lungfuls of air. They’d had to put a proper shift in to get the advantage over us in the 2nd half.
What was the issue with the Fev fans & the stewards in the 2nd half? Are they going to be in trouble again?
