I think personally its going to go to Marc Green as he is owed a big whack of the debt so what better way than to give him the club, this effectively wipes of the £250,000 their on about,

If thats the case then i can see him trying to sell the club on for a fee that way he gets his money back in cash, then this is maybe where "Mrs Koukash" can work with the winning bidder !!

I'm sure someone will correct me if wrong but I thought that the administrator looks after the creditors while keeping the bulls going until a buyer is found.

Once that happens, the administrator will liquidate the old company and pay himself out of what's left.

Sorry, I don't buy that at all. They only way that could be true is if there were a minimum of TWO bids better than Koukash's - which seems improbable - and even then, what would be the reason why if you can eliminate A, you can't eliminate B or C?

The business plans of the bidders also come under scrutinity. Whilst securing the best deal for current creditors is priority when the business is being sold as a going concern the adminstrator has a duty of care to try and ensure the best they can that the same situation does not arise again in the near future with the new company.

I'm not really convinced by Lamb and would be surprised if he really has put in an offer as he doesn't appear to have any money. If Hood is behind him him he doesn't have any money either and is tainted by past mismanagement.

The BPA bid may have well meaning people behind it but I am doubtful whether they have the money either.

If the club is going to be run with a view to playing championship RL next year it'll take a heck of a sell to get fans to bother turning up to anymore games this season. As for the players I can see them nearly all wanting away if new owners came in with the ambition to take us down a division. How the new owners could make ends meet in that situation is beyond me.

As I said it's Koukash or bust.

The first dabs on any money is the administrator's. Creditors get a share of "what's left".

What sort of interest rate did whitcut sign up to? Borrowed £180k last September, approx £250k due now....

Can we not just take 6 points from him? Point of his elbow, maybe the point of his left ankle etc

This is a really exaggerated view, and complete guesswork, but if the bids were, for example:
Lamb - I will get us through the year, pay off creditors as much as I can, and rebuild in the championship
Koukash - I give you 3 million pounds and it will all go on great players, and when the Bulls are great again, I will pay people off.

Under those options, the administrator has to give it to Lamb.

I know it's nonsense, but Mrs Koukash does say in her tweet that the decision was about paying creditors.
