Perhaps its good news then. Someone with no proven business track record was not going to put in as much money as someone who perhaps has.

Based on this im assuming its like a silent auction and all bids are made not knowing what the others are offering,

Which in fairness is a bit crap as if people know of the other offers it at least gives them a chance to put in a counter offer

Or is that too straight forward

I'd have thought the administration team have made the decision, nothing to do with the RFL, I'd guess they would only step in to ratify the new buyers.

Mrs K has tweeted that the decision had nothing to do with the RFL, so it must have been the administrator who turned it down.
