This is the bit that got me a bit confuddled too - why mention getting a points deduction reduced if you wasnt willing to pay the debts ???

Yes i believe so but no doubt Koukash would want to be majority share holder to make final decisions and winning bidder will no doubt say "no thanks"

Yes the decision is down to the administrator but the RFL will no doubt be helpling him along

Absolutely, I've no idea how things like this works but I'd guess there would be hell to pay if the admin were influenced by outside sources!

It's either that or we'll be back here again in 12 months

Wonder if there's any points coming back as the winning bid is supposed to be paying off more to the creditors than the Koukash bid

If its Green who is the winning bidder Koukash should say I'll pay off what you're owed if you give the shares in return.
