2015 - major missed opportunity, 2016 - stronger teams = harder task (no problem there then), 2017 - OMG What now!!!

Does the administrator have a legal obligation to explain his decision? Or is it going to be just like all the other sh11te that's gone on? I hope Koukash goes public about their offer so the new owner has nowhere to hide.

It's hard to describe how totally p1$$ed off I am right now.

Why would we want Koukash stamping his feet again because he hasn't got his own way. Heres one for you.....maybe he never intended to buy you but was just after MORE publicity, he just loves the sound of his own voice. Or he sorry she genuinely has been wanting to own a RL club for a while who knows, but I know which scenario my money is on. Let him get on with his tweets...I feel another fine coming

This..

And how does it take from Thursday till today to decide who is offering the most for the club?? if it is as simple as the administrators job is to get then best deal for the creditors and themselves this would have already been known.

Of course... step in RFL and giggle it all about!!

It stinks badly... but it has from day one!

If Lambs last bid wasn't good enough to beat Moore and co last time who obviously had no dosh seen as they were trying to buy the club with its own money he suddenly is able to outbid a multimillionaire who openly said they would pay the creditors. What a crock of poop. No doubt in a few months we will be back in this position when Lamb realises how out of depth he is.

By the sound of it he has expert backers, with whose help it should not take as long as a couple of months to get back into this position - no just a minute I can fell Pledge the Sequel coming!!!!!!!!

All this being said and the frustration of it not being the Koukashs' - How do we know that the winning bidder will not take the club forward and do a better job than the Dr and his wife ??

It comes down to cold hard cash. We know that as well as instigating good business practice we need cash. Simple as that. Only cash will stave off relegation.

We haven't heard from anyone other than Mrs K who suggests they will invest meaningfully hence the doom and gloom that her failure to win has caused.

Duty of care?

To who?

A duty to care to ensure that a business plan is solid enough to give the best chance of avoiding another insolvency event happening in the near future as many deals involve agreements to ensure existing creditors being paid over a set period of time rather than in one go. For instance if a company goes all out to avoid relegation this year by spending big but fails to stay up then the debt may become unsustainable and those creditors may never get paid what was agreed, plus other debts are likely to be obtained, including some new owings to current creditors like, for example HMRC.

Now I or nobody else on here don't know what any of these business plans were so we are all surmising but at a guess at least a couple of the other bids must have had long term plans in them to pay off more overall rather than a bigger cash bid now but less in the long run. If that is the case then the administrator has to look for the most solid business plan, the one that has the highest chance of success and/or the most security to give the best chance of those agreed payment plans being realised.

Despite what you might like to think if the administrator agrees to a longer term payment deal then he has a responsibility to pick the deal with the best chance of paying up.

Their bid was lower than someone elses. If they intended to pay all of the creditors they could have bid a sum equal to the combined debts. Either they didn't, in which case one might ask why not? Or they did and somebody else valued the club higher.

The only conclusion is that somebody has turned up with more money than Mandy Koukash. That someone doesn't sound like Lamb who was outbid by 3 blokes with no money. It sounds like someone who has proof of ££. In that event I think it highly unlikely they're looking forward to trips to Barrow, Batley and Swinton (no disrespect to those fine clubs).

Let's stay calm, that is until I hear Peter Hood's returned at which point the pc will bounce off the front path.

Koukash to miss out on buying the bulls.
http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/sport/sportbulls/

A :D ccording to Sky sports "As I understand, the RFL has nothing to do with the decision. It is based on the highest bid to pay the old debt. if you pay off more of the old debt we should get some of the 6 points back as per the RFL points deduction criteria!!

I think personally its going to go to Marc Green as he is owed a big whack of the debt so what better way than to give him the club, this effectively wipes of the £250,000 their on about,

If thats the case then i can see him trying to sell the club on for a fee that way he gets his money back in cash, then this is maybe where "Mrs Koukash" can work with the winning bidder !!

If that makes sense LOL

It's surely the only plausible explanation.

Quite possibly, Green will simply liquidate any assets he can to get his money back. I'm sure there's a quarter of a million in the combined transfer fees of the players and the fabric of the Coral Stand.
