as long as the right result is achieved in the end, Bulls get an owner that can fund the team this year to keep them in SL then you get full central funding next year and the owner puts the team back at the top as a long term plan.

I'm trying to stay positive, but its not easy. We might end up very grateful for the new 8-8-8 system, as under the previous P/R or franchise systems I think going down would have sent us to oblivion. Now I dont see that, I think we can survive in SL2 (or whatever it will be called) and with the right owner we could put together a team to challenge to come back at least into that middle 8 reckoning in fairly short order. We'd get smaller crowds, still be in a tumbledown, albeit iconic, stadium but I have every faith we'd survive and look to get back up and build for the long term. But, and its a huge gamechanging but, that all needs to start with the right owner/bid this week and having a real go at avoiding relegation this season to give the fans some hope/reason for sticking with the club (or coming back to the club)

I'll be honest,with the info I've been told I would of thought some kind of decision would be coming today or tomorrow at the latest, not "we might hear something at the weekend"

So I really don't know, losing interest more as each day goes by

Love the fact that as soon as Lamb gets ownership then he'll be looking for investment to take the club forward.

That article has the first public indication I've seen that there is someone involved in the bid other than Lamb.

Thanja for your reply FA most informational.

I would have hoped he would have investors or at least sponsors interested as he was biding, like trying to close the gate after the horse has bolted if he gets ownership then can't find anyone to invest, we would be right back here again.
