They are honoring your season ticket therefore giving you one for free. Green got your money and you could have so easily been part of the £2m of creditors who will get nothing. Look at Rohan and Moss for example.

I agree with this.
We discussed this in the pub last night. The new owners can't win on this. They are new owners - not Mr Green. They have given away maybe £200k worth of season tickets but want to set their own prices.
Would I then make all new season tickets the same high price or would I do what I thought was best.
I understand the frustration but the club went bust and 1000 people could have lost all of their money but have got a ticket given from a different owner.
This is probably the best situation all round.

You think I'm someone from the T&A site, I've been called worse. Is this site membership part of a clique or are people deemed to be others because they haven't been here since 1996?
The T&A is full of morons, him included as they have let the idiots run asylum for far too long. I used to be SilsdenBull on there if that even matters, I came here after being fed up of what that became.
No idea why I have to explain anything to a 1 post poster anyhow.

This is probably the best situation all round.

To get your money back as a season ticket holder now you only have to attend 10 games. It makes the season ticket far more viable compared to recent years where missing just 1 game could see you lose out against pay on the day.

I doubt this has been brought about just because it will be seen as a relegation battle. That will likely be the case but I think the new owners know that there is a lot of goodwill to be rebuilt.

I don't think he is trying to antagonise people. It was a rational statement about it being Green that did the dirty on people not the new owners.

Has anyone an idea how to redeem the receipt posted by the old club for a 2017 ticket? Not heard owt and season kicks off soon!

The club will be sending a email out hopefully Monday about the pre purchased season tickets. When I was at the club this morning I was talk to manager up there. Name gone out of my head. As soon as they have a Internet connection email will be sent.
