2) Name the club we still owe money to for a loaned player? - As far as we are aware we have not had any loaned players for ages, and certainly not this past season. Sadly, we are a toxic brand, and other clubs are understandably wary of dealing with us. The last loanee was facilitated under a half cocked dual reg'n arrangement we had with the Wolfpacks that fell apart in mid 2018 after ex Wolves player James Laithwaite sustained a career ending injury in an away game vs the Hawks. Due to the majority of Bulls players not having medical insurance (contrary to RFL rules) we understand that poor James got royally dicked around and following a dispute between Toronto and the club a compromise deal was struck between the Wolfpacks, the Bulls and the player - for legal reasons we cannot reveal the sum involved. Do you think James L has been been paid in full?
strange career ending injury given he's been playing most of this year for Leigh.
Nestegg, are you the guy on Facebook Bulls banter page that posted about a £100k bombshell dropping next week? I noticed you mentioned it earlier on in this thread on Monday evening and that post went up at a similar time? There was some emphasis on the word ‘WE’ in one of replies to the facebook post as well.
I just thought it was a bit of a coincidence and as most other people on here are questioning your credibility I thought i’d join in the fun.
Sorry if this question breaches any forum rules about keeping people’s identities anonymous etc.
I think it's more that the top 4 in particular (wasn't it between £800 for 1st and £500k for 4th) now earn less and everyone earns much similar. Ive head around £300k for finishing 6th and there's around 15k less the lower down you go and vice versa the higher you finish. It was to stop the cliff edge of the £250k drop finishing between 4th and 5th. Whatever it is it sounds a fair chunk has already been spent so I think it will be very limited whatever it is.
4th was around £450k and 5th £250k, that's why finishing in the top 4 made such a difference. Now all are reduced from what they were.

Well mate based on the above one of the little nestegg's has been .....
I certainly did shoot you down. I wasnt the first and im sure i wont be the last to highlight factaully incorrect information that you post.
Whilst i dont agree with everyone all the time on here i respect their right to have a different oppion to me. What i wont stand for is people posting lies (like you did regarding the loan players) about things that relate to the club. So i ask again, this time less politely. Will you keep your gob shut and refrain from posting vicious vindictive lies on this forum
Everyone close their eyes and picture themselves sitting on a glacier mint. Don't worry about the Polar Bear I've tranquilized it. Breath in and feel the coolness and calm wash over you.
One of our team has liaised with Centurions, and yes Mat you are right, and we are wrong. It is true that in 2018 James was told that he was medically unfit to ever play again, but as you say he's made a miraculous recovery. Good on him. Hopefully, the Bulls did pay their share of his settlement sum.
So for about the 8th time we have got something wrong, but we are always willing to put our hands up and apologise. We do, however, get something's right (e.g Belcki knew and forecast - possibly along with others -that we were likely to be leaving Odsal this past season). In any event this shouldn't be about who is, or are, the biggest fans. You guys should win hands down. For example, if 'we' and the remainder of this Bulls sub-forum were collectively to appear and compete on Mastermind and each choose the Bulls as our specialist subject, then you guys would win. Yes, we are fans; but not obsessive fans; apart from one of us, who managed to overlook the fact that Lilley came from the Rhinos in 2018 etc. We reiterate for the 3rd time today that he has been suitably chastised, embarrassed ... and
Anyhow, despite many of you thinking we are jokers; we are not - we are principally and collectively looking at the bigger picture. But time will tell in that regard.
Mind you we do also enjoy the tongue in cheek nature of some of the merry banter on the site. In times like these you have to maintain a sense of humour. We can at least agree on that.
Latest betting odds:
a) Likelihood of new consortium taking over a formal shareholder interest in the club - 50/50, and b) Likelihood that the club will be in administration before Xmas - 50/50.
Clear as mud isn't it.

Does that not remind you of when Caisley and gang swept in to get rid of Hood. Then looked at all the hidden debt and thought "bugger that!". I'm thinking Admin 4 and if I'm pleasantly surprised and we stay afloat that'll be great.
