I wouldn't worry too much about property developers covering the ground in housing, since neither the owners, nor particularly the primary leaseholders, are looking to develop anything which doesn't include a rugby ground. Don't forget that the RFL's lease from the council is dependent on our playing there. If the council [owners] wanted to develop the area the ground stands on they can't dislodge the RFL from their lease unless the RFL breach the terms of their lease.

Not saying it's impossible but it's a tad unlikely, imo.

Could be good to see Abi back, role as Chairman so it says. I wonder if Robbie will be retained by the new organisation? Surely would be a smart move by whoever somes in to keep him on if he's adding value.

RHP needs to be kept IMO... he has stuck in there with the club and you get the feeling he will do what he can to put the club first.

Plus you would hope that he has picked up on a lot of things that went wrong and the very few things that might have been done well.... He has to add value.

I remember an interview with Lamb where he stated he wanted to continue working with Robbie - Hope that is still the case.

No coincidence at all. In the near 20 years SLE has existed this has been the arrangement.

In the recent SL vs RFL battle the Bulls have backed Brian and Nigel. Had they voted the other way Brian ,Nige and the RFL non execs would not be in such a strong position.

I agree with both of you Bulliac and melly88. If there is one person I trust to do everything he can for the club, with whatever hand he's currently dealt, its Robbie. Would be a massive own goal for any new owner to jettison Robbie.
