I made a valid observation
The RFL is the GOVERNING BODY, the steering group, the authority - call it what you want - they call the shots, they are the master of puppets (or muppets in Bulls owner stakes...)
Answer me these questions -
1.) Which governing body secretly lent the Bulls x amount of money?
2.) Which governing body ratified OK as a fit and proper person?
3.) Which governing body, through its franchise scheme, gave Hood & the Bulls a grade B license with the help of KPMG?
4.) Which governing body constantly changes the date information is available? I have no idea what you do for a living (or did) but communication is key to everything - the RFL just ain't communicating at all with their stakeholders (that's the fans by the way!)

I ain't looking to put all the blame at the RFL's door, certainly most of that lies with Caisley/Hood/Khan/moore etc... however as a governing body they have not proved fit for purpose...
