It was KPMG who passed the Bulls finances, it was KPMG who recommended we needed a return to 'jeopardy'. What is the little ol' RFL supposed to do in the face of advice such a big and trusted company like KMPG. If it all goes wrong it isnt our fault we just did what we were told by the big boys at KPMG.

Well okay, I understand exactly that, and I get why someone might want to do that if they are morally bankrupt and hundreds of thousands of pounds of bonus is at stake. In the case of the RFL however surely it makes bugger all difference? I have a horrible feeling that people at the RFL actually think KPMG are the best organisation to advise on league structuring.

We have just employed KPMG to come & undertake a thorough review & tell us exactly what we wanted them to tell us. Lordy knows how much it cost.
They tend to send in fresh out of college kids in ill-fitting suits to do their dirty work.

Is that him being slightly behind with the Abi news or is it someone else?

And he confirms Hood was involved in the Lamb bid, as a consultant, so red and others were right on that. Hopefully he's now not involved as that would sink any credibility with me - no matter how good his intentions might have been the lies and mistakes we now know about under his regime make him toxic to any new owner for me.
