Maybe here "Bradford Bulls call off Mark Offerdahl signing

Bradford Bulls have pulled out of the signing of prop Mark Offerdahl because of a recurring injury.
The 26-year-old USA international agreed to join the Bulls on a one-year deal from Illawarra Cutters in August.
The Bulls have retained the player's registration, meaning they could re-sign him when he returns to fitness.
Chief executive Steve Ferres said: "Mark has only been able to play a couple of games since he returned to Australia earlier this year."

BBC sport website, we still have his reg so does this mean anything?

I guess they know who they want and are just trying to work out the kinks in the deal before they run out of time. I know that Mullaney, Siejka and Gaskell are all reported as training, but I'd still be happier if we went into the 8's with a new half

I'm not expecting a new half-back for the Middle 8s. It takes time to recruit a half-back and sign the right one. If we signed one now, it wouldn't give that player much time to learn the plays and so on. I'd be happy with Gaskell and Mullaney as first choice 6 and 7, with Siejka as back-up, and Shaw at full back.

Ferres specifically ruled out a Half so unless hes playing mind games think we can rule it out. Think its too late in day to bring in a half and integrate them into our style of play. Cant really see a position other than half where we're particularly weak and need reinforcing assuming theres no injuries not yet announced. Maybe a Forward with a nasty streak to act as an enforcer?

I saw Gaz Hock in the Kirkgate Centre. I mean he's only played for two sides so far this year so he could be signing for us.

If he signs for us well have the best pack of forwards in the world.
