Bulls situation is ALL about Odsal., administrator confirmed.
@OfficialBullsRL bidder wants to buy the ground and turn it into a stadium

If true, that sounds very positive to me.

Also confirms that administrator has said it will definitely be sorted today.

You are the closest to the fact, though he doesn't even have to go that far. In his main task which is looking after the interests of the secured creditor who appoited him, all he has to do is not positively harm unsecured creditors. So as between creditors, it's not a level playing field, by any means. But, 75% of them do ultimately have to vote for any deal otherwise liquidation next stop.

Does he have to go through the validity of the creditors claims, challenge the amounts, that kind of thing? Or does it have to brought up at a later date like OK did if a creditor has a concern?

Allow me to help a little, with that!

Seriously though, I hope it all gets sorted today, and that you can then have a great Christmas.

I'm over here in North Korea and have read in the Free Press this morning that Kim Jong is in the preferred bidder after his world record 102 tries in one game during his latest outing on the paddock for the NKRL.

The sticking point is around the pack. Kim Jong in his natural stand-off position scored his record number of tries alone, with just a 9 on the pitch to help him play the ball on the single time he was tackled.

The RFL are agreeable to dropping the three quarter line but think removing the forwards is a step too far. However, in a late challenge Kim Jongs mum seeking to get assurances that if successful the RFL will sign a covenant into the deal that Kim Jong should not be allowed to play on his own with hookers....

Are we at 250 yet?

It isn't. The information may yet prove to be credible (although I doubt it), but the reporting of it certainly isn't.

All that has only come from one "source" from what I've seen, and it's one that if he told me the sea was wet, I'd go for a swim before I believed him.

Trouble with all the posts is that they are merely someone's opinions on a website.

I'd take them all with a pinch of salt, tbh, much as I'd LOVE to believe some of them, though y'know, like Santa Claus and going to heaven, my head takes over and they remain just someone's opinion.

The beauty[ ] is that there have been so many opinions that one of them is bound to approximate the truth! Though, no doubt, half a dozen folk will claim they were right all along...

Waiting for an announcement...

Re: Administration 3 - now in technicolour : Wed Dec 21, 2016 10:20 am
Here we go again...

So, I think the very fact that both parties are coming back to the table means that;
A) The RFL dont think that the bidder is a complete fraudster that just wants to asset strip, they must have some measure of confidence a suitable agreement can be reached over the gorund.
B) The bidder must have access to some serious funds and must think the RFL are open to a deal of some description.

They must have discussed the rough costs and restrictions on both sides yesterday and they obviously weren't immediate deal breakers for either sides or they wouldnt bother meeting again. Im feeling relatively positive, but Im a long time Bradford fan, so im just waiting for that positivity to melt away as the day progresses! Luckily Im about to set off on a drive thats going to take the bets part of 6 hours and theres no chance of the radio picking this up to update me or me checking my phone every 5 mins so Im about to enter a blissful state of ignorance for 6 hours, see you on the other side, past page 250, I expect progress when I return please ;)

Because I was under the impression that HMRC always vote against any deal on principle, so I would assume that, coincidentally, HMRC would find themselves on 24% or less a lot of the time in many administrations.

Don't worry about 250, I spoke with the administrators, the intended buyer and the RFL and all are in agreement to keep it up until the 300 mark is reached. Indeed one of them, and I'm not at liberty to say which, said they would prevaricate until we reached the 500 mark.
