Apparently the hold up with the RFL is due to the involvement of property developers / plans for Odsal they might have.

Also Mandy has not been told she isn't the winning bid yet according to twitter.

There's a copy of tomorrows press floating online, stating the RFL are awaiting proof of funds from the London consortium.

Apparently the potential owners have agreed to pay £300,000 for the club, but the RFL want proof that they have £500,000 to get to the end of the season, together with the ability to provide proof of ability to 'instantly' access between 1 -2 million pounds. Failure to provide proof will result in the RFL declining the new owner and the Administrator then having to pick another owner.

So the hold up is
a) the RFL insisting we pay HMRC, and insisting we pay the Council loan, and insisting we pay the debenture holder and insisting we pay off all the old club's trade debts
b) the RFL insisting we provide proof of 500k funding
c) the RFL insisting we provide proof that we have 1 - 2 million under a bed somewhere
d) the involvement of property developers / plans for Odsal they might have.
e) the RFL insisting any new owners operate in special easures
f) the RFL insisting any new owner repays to the RFL the moneys advanced during the administration

Sounds like a hard school to me.
