Not really, you are confusing two different issues.

Only the administrator can decide who to sell the business to, that is his legal duty.

However, the RFL are at liberty to decide what (if any) conditions they wish to impose on admitting that business as a member of the RFL.

The two issues are linked but are separate.

The complaint I make is about the lack of communication from Red Hall-- the tweet referred to above is the FIRST comment they have made in the 11 days since the deadline for bids.
Gutter I can understand but facts seem few and far between..

My theory, abc consortium have loads of dosh and are willing to buy club and invest in playing staff. Major string attached RFL to sell lease back to them. RFL not wanting to do this. Impass ! (Property development) bulls hit probably !

so does anybody know what the legal implications are of this. The two bodies seem to have independent aims. The most logical outcome is that if the two differ yet again then the Administrator will only be able to achieve his objective by liquidating the club although I am not sure what assets are left to sell.
