I am sure all Bulls fans dream about winning the Euro Lottery and buying the Bulls. Would I offer £300k+ for the club to ensure we won the bidding – we all would? This is what I don’t quite understand about the Koukash’s. They are supposed to be worth hundreds of millions but offered the least. I know money people hate parting with money but they must have known there is a minimum they must offer to win the bid – but they won’t offer it. Why?
Even my limited (none actually) experience of being a multi-millionaire tells me I will need to spend at least a million quickly to buy and save the Bulls. Why enter the bidding if you aren’t willing to pay the initial £300k+
Every single one of us would put aside a couple of million to do this but the bidders want it all for next to nothing apparently.
I don’t see City or PA bids as anything more than a sticking plaster and us being in the same mess again.
If we do survive I absolutely believe we must move out of Odsal and share in a smaller ground. I would love to see a small ground built from the sale and development of Odsal as us share it with PA. I would then be tempted to watch them as well as the bulls. To me, Odsal is dead and so is the Bulls as we know them. A fresh start in a new ground and possibly lower division is how this will probably end as I can’t see us winning any of the next five games which mean we are as good as down.
I would proudly follow them in a lower division and build our pride again till we re-enter SL.
