Mentioned the Crusaders above but i'd forgotten about his London involement. He was also in charge at Halifax around the turn of the century i think. Wasn't that around the time when their financial issues started to come to light?

Koukash just been on Sky Sports News. He is not happy! Said Mandy would have put £1m straight in. Said Mandy would have done exactly the same as has been done at Salford.

If we don't have new players soon, then not only will he be extremely unpopular, we will be relegated and he will be the least popular man in the World. Apart from in Wakefield.

think the £1m the RFL wanted to see is what is needed to run the club to the end of season, that is before any extra expense on new players and MD salaries.

It's all very well koukash shouting about how much they would have spent when in reality they couldn't even be arsed putting a decent bid in.

We should not compare Marc Green to what we imagine Mandy Koukash may have done.

okay.....what 4 players would be required and are they available anywhere without paying a massive transfer fee.... (Fielden cost Wigan £400k+ to get them out of the mire) shirt fillers are not what is needed

He's already splashing the cash...by hiring a MD that we don't need when there's already a CEO in place (I can see RHP going though at some stage).
