if it's rescheduled, couldn't they schedule the game close to a cup weekend match? preferably early on if both teams have lower league opposition. or later if both teams are knocked out?
was watching an nfl doco. on one of their teams and they used the term bomb to describe those long high passes from quaterback to running back and i think gibson took that idea, realized you cant throw the ball forward in RL and adapted it to a "bomb" kick we have

which is good. IMO the pitch will be sticky and wet, but very playable. There isn't a union game scheduled until Feb 21st, so we shouldn't get any bother from the Union lot......
