A well-known and respected senior guy at the club said to me before the match that some people just don't want to listen. I suggested on one of the T&A Rantathons that maybe some people who are hacked off with the situation and want to know what really happened or is happening should have a chat with Duffy, or email Hood. Like they both said at the Forum, even... Provided the tone is reasonable and responsible, I'm sure they'd get a reasoned reply. OK, its bound to reflect the club position, but maybe some people just don't want to hear some inconvenient truths?
To be honest, although it tends not to achieve very much and serves usually only to make the booer feel better, its still someone's entitlement to show their feelings in that way if they so wish. But they picked a bloody inappropriate time to do it IMO.

I feel guilty when I boo, but sometimes I feel like I have to do. I cheer and clap them when I feel they have played well and put lots of effort and I boo and jeer them when I feel theyve played poorly and haven't put the effort in. Fair is fair in my books.
