I wonder, did she also ask how that same winger managed to get out two incredible passes that resulted in one try and should have resulted in a second, if Sibbit had been aware

The first one yeah.

Not saying he didn't do anything good, but he still has alot to work on. Still worth an extension for me, he's done more good than bad on the whole.

.

From my seat in the stand it appeared to be going much nearer to Karl than Brett and I couldn't believe it when he just let it drop as he's claimed quite few very similar 'bombs' in fine fashion through the season. Maybe a Cas player called and put him off, I don't know, but it was a bad error.

I've defended Pryce this season though. But we brought my sister to the game who hasnt been yet this season, but she asked me why the winger always has his hands on his hips looking knackered and why on 2 occasions he let people run past him with no attempt to tackle.

He was right under it and watched it bounce. Not a good idea - that balls a funny shape it can go anywhere!!! would have had more respect if he attempted and missed it.

I've seen him puffing and panting with his hands on his hips in every game. I do like Pryce and he shows decent play on occasions but other players on this board do more, try more and get slated for the least little thing.

Agreed on both points - far from the finished article but a lot of positives so far. Certainly worth an extension especially given the fact that he is from Bradford - we need to develop the nucleus of the team around home grown talent, and while we have plenty of forwards we are short of home grown backs.

As far as the "dropped bomb", for me it was the full backs to call and claim. That said, as Phil Clarke pointed out, Pryce did not knock on - it was palmed back by the Cas player and should have been play on Bulls ball.

Game was shown live in the US - first "live game" I have seen on US TV since the WCC v Newcastle Knights!!

Pryce was closest to the ball, is the tallest and should be claiming it if he has any danglers.

He also clearly knocked on with his right hand. Immaterial, since it wouldn't have got to that point had Elima not tried the miracle ball that wasn't on.

It must have been a record for a SKY game, 14 tries without the intervention of the Video Ref.

Agreed, that's why I compared him with Ainy. Shaun missed one which led to a try but at least he went for it. I'd have been mightily pi$$ed off with Karl if it had resulted in a try, i was just disappointed with Ainy but atleast he gave it his best shot.

He looked very disappointed with himself which was fair enough at least he cared enough to be disappointed. Your right, to try and fail is better than to not bother.

Just been on the Castleford board and they seem to think Lulia is a target for them next year.

Have you heard anything about this?

I really hope we can keep hold of him

Everyone's "a target" if those in charge don't get their act together soon. However Lulia's under contract IIRC so anyone that wants him would have to pay up.
