unfortunately, like about 95%+ of all rugby clubs they need a philanthropist not a business man to compete at the top level. As there is no profit in it for most clubs

I've often thought that comments made by certain members of the BPA bid need to be taken with a pinch of salt

Poor love. One thing at least about it being resolved, and the club being saved after some fashion, is we won't shut the love up, we'll be on about it for years and each post will chip up your level of annoyance!

Interesting times ahead for Bulls' fans with your new owner to see whcih way it goes. It can only go 1 of 2 ways really, either he decides that now he's got it he may as well make a proper go of running the club, or he takes what he can as quickly as he can and puts the club back to square one.

How many times? There isn't anything to take.

The 2 options are;
1. Invest significant amounts of money to re-establish the team/club/brand to the point where its income matches its expenditure.

2. Fail to invest, get relegated, see income collapse, re-enter administration, lose all monies invested as well as reputation.
