It wasn't good, but I can't help feeling it was exacerbated by the modern day equivalent of medicated Isal they've got in the traps at work. Should have brought something quilted in from home just for today.

I had to throw the tigress off the pan at 6.30 this morning for a korma strength first blast. Since then the pressure has been building but not sufficient to warrant a second visit. Things need to move quickly as from 10.30 I'm in meetings all day with big cheeses.

So these Chapple Kebabs are at the Punjab Sweet Centre and come highly recommended do they?

I may have to try this place out. Never been before.

Looking at the map to see where it is (I can't believe I've not noticed it before, especially since I'm currently working round the corner from there), is it the same place that used to be another name? Something like Ifthaq?

They are highly recommended.

Be warned though, they're absolutely packed with fresh chillis. So much so the waiter sees fit to issue a warning about them when you order them

The curries are lovely too, and it's all just a stone's throw from the Fighting Cock.
