Guessing they'll do an email to 1867 members sometime this evening then it can go in t&a tomorrow. They seem to be making a big deal of announcing stuff to season ticket holders early, even if they get timing off sometimes. |

Yep, had to be signed and registered with the RFL by last Friday at 5pm. |

They must have been working on this for a while if it is Nielsen. He apparently has a record for violent conduct which normally rules them our for gaining a visa. Can't imagine they will announce him without getting that sorted as they would look silly if it fell through. Plus, they must want him here this week if they want him in the team for next week so it must all be sorted and OK and plane tickets booked.

I'm fairly sure Marc Green tweeted on Friday that it had taken a while, but that they'd finally got their man. Perhaps the 'taking a while' part was to do with the VISA issues. |
